With mobile search accounting for 20% of all Google searches, mobile optimisation is an important step forward for any business website and for the user experience of websites visitors.

It doesn’t come as a surprise considering that Google first motivation is to provide the best user experience and as everyone knows navigating through a non-mobile friendly website can be very frustrating. That said though, there are other financial incentives for Google to roll out this change.
